  17. To play Meridian 59, you must have (at least)
  18. the following hardware and software:

  20. *  Pentium 100MHz personal computer
  21. *  Windows 95
  22. *  16 MB RAM
  23. *  1 MB SVGA graphics card that supports 
  24.    DirectDraw
  25. *  95 MB minimum free hard disk space
  26. *  14.4Kbps or faster modem with SLIP/PPP 
  27.    Internet access
  28.    (or other hardware for Internet access)
  29. *  8 bit DirectSound card
  30. *  32-bit Winsock Client App (included 
  31.    with Windows 95)

  65.    magic spells. 
  66. *  Player created guilds with rank, 
  67.    privileges, and private guild halls.
  68. *  Meridian Assassin-- a game of stealth and 
  69.    skill within a game.
  70. *  The Island City of Ko'catan.  Defend the
  71.    settlement from the wild and magical avar
  72.    clans.
  73. *  The Undead City of Brax.  Destroy the lich
  74.    queen, or pledge a binding oath to her in
  75.    return for the safety of her fortress.
